Benefits of registering
While registration is not required to explore the site or make purchases, it will enable you to receive special Giorgio di Mare promotions and discounts, save addresses and payment information for future orders and check the status of new, shipped and returned orders. Tracking your order and/or order history
A benefit extended to all Façonnable customers is that you will receive an order confirmation, and a shipping confirmation with tracking number. If you choose to register with Giorgio di Mare , you will also receive the additional benefit of tracking your order status within your account history. This includes ship status and tracking number.

Acceptable payment methods
Giorgio di Mare currently accepts the following payment types: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Currently, we do not accept money orders, checks, or cash as payment.

In order to improve the security of data you are giving us while processing orders on www.giorgiodimare.com , we decided to activate, starting January 21st 2011, the card holders authentication through the 3D Secure system.

If the bank owning your credit card is using the 3D Secure system, then you will be asked to prove your identity with an additional password (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code). You will have to write this code in the appropriate field in a new pop-up window, after validating your credit card number, expiration date and verification number. According to your bank, this authentication might correspond to writing: your birthday, a code sent to your mobile phone, or any other system used by the bank.

If your credit card is not 3D Secure activated yet, you will proceed to an online registration for the first time while ordering on www.giorgiodimare.com. If you are uncomfortable with the 3D Secure System authentication, we recommend you to gather more information from your bank beforehand.

Occasionally, Giorgio di Mare offers online promotions which can be accessed by using a code during checkout. Please refer to the promotion's terms of usage for instructions on how it may be applied to your order.
Item availability
In the event that an item is listed as out of stock, please contact customer care at customer@giorgiodimare.com The item may be on pre-order, backorder or sold out. In the event that it is sold out, an associate can assist you in finding a comparable replacement.
Products and related prices are valid as seen on the site, subject to availability. Exceptionally, amendments may be made, especially in cases of simultaneous orders of the same products by several customers, even if the relevant confirmation has been sent to you. If a product is unavailable after ordering, you will be informed by email or by phone as soon as possible. You will then be able to order an alternative from the site or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order, you will be refunded immediately if your charge or credit card has been debited.
Giorgio di Mare reserves the right to change products proposed on the Site at any time and without any notice.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
 

Return and exchange policy
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days, beginning on the day after you received the merchandise purchased online that has not been worn, washed or altered.
To cancel an order of merchandise purchased online, please return the merchandise to Giorgio di Mare immediately in their original condition and packaging.
Details and an explanation of how to exercise this return are provided in the package shipped to you.
If you choose to return or exchange your online purchase, merchandise must be accompanied by the original order receipt, the order confirmation (see Terms of Use) with the merchandise tag attached.
In case of return, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the returned merchandise in accordance with Giorgio di Mare Terms of Use.
However, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the relevant merchandise to Giorgio di Mare .
Boutique purchases can only be returned / exchanged at a Façonnable boutique store.
Please contact customer@giorgiodimare.com for any assistance regarding the cancellation of your order or return of merchandise purchased online.

Refunds and credits
Items returned within 30 days, beginning on the day after you received the merchandise purchased that have not been worn, washed or altered are eligible for a refund.

Giorgio di Mare will usually refund any money effectively received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your order. However Giorgio di Mare reserves the right to refund any money effectively received from you using another same method than the method originally used by you to pay for your order.

Items purchased in a boutique
Giorgio di Mare merchandise purchases in a boutique must be returned to a retail boutique. For contact information please check the store locator.
Returning online purchases to a boutique
If you choose to return or exchange your online purchase at a Façonnable boutique, merchandise must be accompanied by the original order receipt with the merchandise tag attached.

GIFT SERVICES
 

Gift wrap and messages
If you would like to send an item as a gift, select the gift option at checkout and type out the gift message you would like to include. It will be wrapped in a Giorgio di Mare gift box at no additional charge.

Gift recipients will receive a gift packing list, excluding pricing and payment type. They may exchange the item or return for store credit.

Alterations
